If, for any reason, you are not 100% satisfied with your selection, please return it within 30 days. The returns must be unused, unaltered and undamaged and contain all original packaging. Returns must be in the original retail box and placed in a shipping box. We will pay for 50% of the return shipping fee. There is a $20 re-stocking fee per unit if the unit is returned damaged or the retail packaging is not complete. We will refund the purchase price or exchange it, whichever you prefer. Original shipping fees are non-refundable. However, if the return is the result of our error, we'll pay the original and return shipping. In the event that your item arrives damaged or defective to you, we will happily send you an exact replacement at no additional cost. To return an item, please contact customer service at 1-612-254-2590. You must make arrangements with customer service for the return.
Vertical Spice ("Seller") warrants to the original purchaser only, that all Vertical Spice Drawer Units will be free from defects in material or workmanship for a period of one year from date of purchase. SELLER'S SOLE OBLIGATION AND YOUR EXCLUSIVE REMEDY under this Limited Warranty and, to the extent permitted by law, any warranty or condition implied by law, shall be the repair or replacement of parts, without charge, which are defective in material or workmanship and which have not been misused, carelessly handled, or mis-repaired by persons other than Vertical Spice. To make a claim under this Limited Warranty, you must contact Vertical Spice to arrange for method of repair and remedy of defect.
