Return Process - If, for any reason, you are not 100% satisfied with your selection, please return it within 30 days.

  • The returns must be unaltered and undamaged by use and contain all original packaging.
  • Returns must be in the original retail box, placed into a shipping box.
  • There is a $20 re-stocking fee per unit if returned damaged or incomplete.
  • We will refund the purchase price or exchange it, whichever you prefer.
  • You are responsible for 50% of the returned item shipping cost.
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable. However, if the return is the result of our error, we'll pay the original and return shipping.
  • In the event that your item arrives damaged or defective to you, we will happily send you an exact replacement at no additional cost.
  • To return an item, please contact customer service at 1-612-254-2590.  You must make arrangements with customer service for the return.

Exchange Process - Our policy is to treat the activity as two separate transactions.

  • 1) The shipping of the returned item and its credit to your payment method.
  • 2) The replacement item is purchased and shipped as a new item.
  • Contact us and we will email a shipping label for placement on the return item's shipping box.  When we receive the returned item, we will credit your payment method.
  • Purchase the new item at any time.
