The entire process was seamless, from ordering to delivery. The racks fit perfectly and were so easy to assemble and install.
I do have one request. Please design a size that is in between the 2.1" and 3.25". I have some spice bottles that are roughly 2.5".

These are the best products for spice racks that you will ever find. The attention to detail is amazing!! The person that took my order over the phone was so accommodating and helpful and so very nice. The personal note on my order receipt was a wonderful touch. I will definitely order from you again if there is ever a need!

I ordered the vertical spice rack and installed it immediately. I couldn't believe how much space it freed up in my pantry and how easy it is to find things. I was so pleased that I ordered two more storage units the next day. These are expensive, but well worth it for the space and organization. I love my pantry now!

This is the third rack we bought. We purchased one for larger products and another for the smaller spices. Three fit in the bottom shelf of our cabinet. Installation was a breeze, about 5 minutes start to finish for each one. Highly recommend these products.

These storage racks are a great solution to organize and make the most out of small spaces. I have ordered several different sizes and use them in both the kitchen and bathroom. Great product and they look super!

These spice racks are quality at its finest! They operate smoothly and keep all of our spices organized. The ball bearing slides are high quality and the racks are very simple to install. We have three other racks from this company that have been installed for a year and they still operate perfectly.
We experienced a delivery problem with FedEx (they delivered to the wrong address).A phone call to the company received a courteous and immediate response with follow-up.
This is our favorite item in our new house, we used to keep spices in a drawer with the name written on top of the caps, this is a great, quality addition to the pantry! We LOVE these racks!!

I buy things like mustard seed and turmeric in bulk bags, but then store them in old jam jars. Super, but then to save space I would stack them, and then they would fall over. This is much better use of the cabinet space. So glad I did this. I love Vertical Spice.

All other products just don't compare. Products come in multiple configurations to suit your needs. The heavy duty construction will last for years. No more fumbling to reach a container that is shoved in the back of a cabinet. Originally purchased 3 storage solutions and came back to buy 2 more.

The design of all your products is functional and usable. A square container for use in a square compartment is really quite necessary (as opposed to the folks that design a turntable for a square compartment). What keeps your product from being five stars is the price. I have one cabinet that will have five units in it (three more arriving today) that will total close to 300 dollars. Kinda steep for my spices. Clearly with the common parts for the complete product line, there are ways to reduce cost. In addition your packaging (while very functional) has cost reductions available as well.

These are the best spice cupboard organizers I have ever used. Super easy to install and they keep everything organized. Once these were all installed, I actually had MORE room in my spice cupboard!

No need to drill pilot holes. These screws with pin-type ends are self-tapping and easy. I was surprised
